When you shop with us, you’re not just sending a gift—you’re sharing a moment that matters.

Because we work with small businesses to bring you unique products, some items might occasionally sell out unexpectedly. If that happens, we’ll swap it with something just as special, of equal or greater value, so your gift is still perfect.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as secure digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.

We currently ship within Canada only. Below are our available shipping options:

Flat Rate Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $15 (no matter the size or weight of your order).
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after processing.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Flat Rate Xpressport Shipping

  • Cost: $25 (no matter the size or weight of your order).
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.

Additional Information

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • Holidays and Peak Times: Please allow extra time for shipping during busy periods.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that as our team works diligently to prepare your order for shipment, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If your gift is undeliverable and returned to us, we will:

  • Contact you by email or phone to inform you of the return and the reason provided by the carrier.
  • Request an updated shipping address to attempt re-shipping.
  • Apply a reprocessing fee of $25, plus the actual postage cost, which will be sent to you via electronic invoice.
  • Once the invoice is paid, we will ship your gift again within 2 business days.

When the tracking shows your gift box has been delivered, it means the package has reached your address. However, some places may not have direct door deliveries, so be sure to check spots like a mail room, front desk, or a secure drop-off area. It’s also a good idea to ask around with household members, as they might have picked it up for you.

If your gift box is lost or stolen (which is rare), we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
