While all sales are final and we don’t offer exchanges, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.
If your box arrives with damaged or defective items, please let us know right away—we’re here to help. We ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives and reach out to us if there’s a problem, such as a defect, damage, or missing item.
